Grsix AI operates as a subscription-based cloud service, regularly updated to improve features and performance. While we strive for reliability and efficiency, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," with no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free performance.

3. Eligibility, Registration, and Security

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information during registration. You are responsible for securing your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.

4. User Responsibilities and Compliance

Grsix AI services are provided on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing to your provided payment method. Fees, renewal periods, and cancellation policies are specified during sign-up and on our website. It is your responsibility to keep your billing information up to date. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of service.

7. Data Privacy and Security

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grsix AI, its officers, affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms. Grsix AI is not responsible for the practices or performance of these external services. Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to those providers’ terms and policies.

14. Compliance with Communication Laws

You must comply with all applicable laws related to voice calls, texts, and AI communication, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), FTC rules, and Do-Not-Call (DNC) regulations. Violations are solely your responsibility.

AI Voice Technology & Call Recording

If using AI voice or call recording, you must ensure all required disclosures and consents are obtained. Grsix AI may process and analyze recorded data to improve our services, always in accordance with privacy and compliance standards. You remain solely responsible for your legal obligations related to recorded communications and telecommunications compliance.

15. Billing and Subscription Management

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment details. If payment fails, we may issue invoices or apply late fees as outlined in our billing policy. To cancel, follow the procedure detailed on our platform before the next billing cycle.

16. Modifications to Terms

Grsix AI may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after updates signifies acceptance. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

17. Severability and Assignment

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary. The rest of the Terms remain valid. You may not assign your rights without our written consent; we may assign ours without notice.

18. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, labor strikes, internet outages, and government actions.
